Step 6 · Apply Paint

Begin spraying away from the surface, then smoothly trigger the gun as you move across the surface, stopping the trigger at the end of the stroke and releasing it after you move past the surface. Maintain a consistent distance of about 10-12 inches from the surface. Overlap each pass by about 50% to ensure even coverage and no holidays (missed spots). Work in sections, moving systematically to cover the entire area.
